How do I find my FPL Team ID?+

Log in to the official FPL website (fantasy.premierleague.com). Go to 'Points' and look at the URL — it will contain /entry/XXXXXXX/. That number is your FPL Team ID. You can also paste your FPL team URL directly into Manager Moments.

What is xG in FPL?+

What is effective ownership (EO) in FPL?+

Effective ownership (EO) measures a player's true impact on the overall FPL population. If a player is owned by 30% of managers and captained by half of those owners, their EO is 45% — because captained players score double. Missing a high-EO player (especially as captain) is a major rank risk.

How does the captain recommendation work?+

Manager Moments analyses all 11 starters in your current squad and ranks them by expected captain score using form, expected points (xPts), fixture difficulty rating (FDR), and upcoming opponents. It recommends the optimal armband pick from your actual squad.

What is the WoW transfer recommendation?+

WoW (Week-on-Week) is Manager Moments' transfer recommendation engine. It identifies the weakest player in your squad based on fixture run, form, and xG data, and suggests the best available replacement. It considers your squad's budget and upcoming fixtures across 3 gameweeks.

Does Manager Moments work during a live gameweek?+

Yes. The Live Score page shows your squad's real-time points as matches happen, with auto-refresh every 60 seconds. You can also see live mini-league rankings against your rivals.

FDR (Fixture Difficulty Rating) is an FPL score from 1 (easiest) to 5 (hardest) indicating how tough an upcoming fixture is for attacking or defensive returns. Manager Moments uses FDR to colour-code fixtures and identify the best times to target or avoid players.
